1 Tea spoon of oil(sunflower or canola oil)
cut pieces of Okra, Tomatoes and Potato.Salt to taste and Coriander Powder(popularly called Dhaniya powder in Hindi) .
Cooking time : 6 minutes on medium flame with a lid for 3 minutes after adding salt. Remove the lid and let fry on a medium-high flame.
Avoid using more oil or deep frying. If done , tastes yummy but shall hurt the heart and tummy. Happy Eating.
